Mason Advisory welcomes Paul Pugh to its senior management team

Mason Advisory is pleased to announce that it is expanding its management team. The company has welcomed Paul Pugh as Director and practice lead for IT Service Management and IT Operational Effectiveness.

Paul joins Mason Advisory from KPMG’s CIO Advisory team. He brings 25 years’ experience of operating successfully in senior roles within the IT sector. Paul is a specialist in advising and implementing IT service improvement strategies, including operating model design and IT transformation.
