Big news – we’re officially one of the UK’s Best Workplace in Tech™
Through the Trust Index© survey and Culture Audit© assessment GPtW capture both the employee feedback and the organisational practices that make up a truly impactful workplace culture.
The 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech list is announced today by Great Place to Work® UK and we have secured 13th place, among 42 ranked organisations.
This is the second time we have been listed in the report, and the first time we have secured a ranking in the medium category, having grown in size over the last year and qualifying for the criteria (51 to 250 employees).
Great Place to Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based tech employees to determine their Best Workplaces™. The prestigious list is driven by the annual employee engagement survey – the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices, and the unique methodology behind the rankings is regarded as the gold standard of employer awards.
Steve Watmough, Mason Advisory CEO, says:
“We are proud of having established a great company culture, and continued to nurture this to attract, retain, and develop the best in tech talent. The team has increased the scale of the organisation and embedded operational excellence in everything we do to expand our reach in the market and sustain credibility as leading technology consultancy and great employer.
“It’s a real honour for us to be recognised as a great workplace in technology, especially considering the uncertain and challenging times we are in. We previously ranked in the small business category but due to a recruitment drive and company expansion, we qualified for the medium ranking this year – a real landmark achievement for us and a morale-booster for our whole team.
“Technology has really kept the world of work moving during the pandemic and, as an organisation, we continue to be committed to ensuring all our employees feel valued and supported every day.
“We are proud of our working practices and how we have managed to develop such a great culture – and of course, we are proud of every single member of our team. This accolade is testament to their dedication and commitment to our business, and to the high calibre of tech talent in our organisation.”
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK, adds: “Those within the UK’s tech space who have actively prioritised building a positive employee experience and supported their people’s personal wellbeing are the ones we’re proud to celebrate today.
“In this fourth year of recognising UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech, many of these firms experienced rapid growth, but never lost sight of their values. They maintained their mantra of ‘putting people first’, often finding innovative and creative solutions to drive their great workplace culture remotely. We hope that by highlighting our Tech list recipients, other employers will be encouraged to make changes to their own people strategy and ensure people remain at the heart of their business policies, practices and programmes for a consistently great employee experience for all.”
