Chris Good, finalist in Thought Leadership at the Professional Service Management Awards

Date:

November 2021

PSMA2021 offers a great opportunity to highlight the achievements of IT service management individuals and teams, whose skills, commitment and imagination have marked them out for special recognition.

We are delighted to announce that Managing Consultant, Chris Good, has been short-listed as a Thought Leadership finalist in in the Professional Service Management Awards (PSMA). The award will be presented to the influencer, author, team of authors, community of practice, or industry body that has made the most significant contribution to thought leadership within the Service Management community over the last year. The judges were looking for consistent idea creation, discussion instigation, content, and contribution. Chris’s submission achieved this by including a series of Service Management articles he has written in this last year:

  1. Navigating how to “get things done” within organisations. It’s time to simplify!
  2. What is an IT Service? The 7 categories
  3. What’s in your shop window?
  4. Resolving Incidents and Service Requests via Swarming Method – does it work?
  5. When did IT Change Management become change prevention?

These articles were inspired by observing organisations across varied industries experiencing similar Service Management related challengesand had the aim of helping organisations demystify Service Management, accelerate their improvement efforts, and realise tangible benefits.
