It’s official – we have been recognised as one of the UK’s best workplaces 2021 by the Great Place to Work UK®

We’re excited to announce that we have been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in the 2021 Great Place to Work® report.

Despite an incredibly challenging year, Mason Advisory has been awarded the accolade for the third time – and for the first time, due to its growth, we have placed in the Medium size organisation category (50 to 250 employees), alongside 71 other British companies.

The Best Workplace™ Awards represent the largest survey of workplace cultures and people practices, and the unique methodology behind the rankings is regarded as the gold standard of employer awards. Understanding the perspective of employees is key to building a successful workplace environment so employee feedback makes up the results of the Trust Index© survey, which, along with a Culture Audit© questionnaire, analyses and evaluates the company’s HR, leadership practices, policies, and culture.

We’re proud to have established a great company culture, and continued to nurture this in the last year, to attract, retain, and develop the best talent. Our team has increased the scale of the organisation and embedded operational excellence in everything we do to expand our reach in the market and sustain our credibility as an industry leader and great employer.

In a year of uncertainty, the company focus on wellbeing is more important than ever and they have continued to build on their wellbeing guidelines with a regular programme of activities to promote mental and physical health, offer a support network and encourage a sense of community.
