A GPtW staff survey and written assessment captures both our employee feedback and our organisational practices that reflect a truly impactful workplace culture.
We’re excited to announce that we have been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in the UK by Great Place to Work®, securing 84th place out of 100 in the medium-sized business category.
This is the fifth time we have entered and ranked in the annual report. The Best Workplaces™ report celebrates organisations displaying high levels of trust and represents the largest assessment of workplace cultures and people practices.
Mason Advisory is proud of having established a great company culture, and continues to nurture this to attract, retain, and develop the best talent. The team has increased the scale of the organisation and has continued to develop the way it supports both employees and clients to ensure our growth is sustainable.
We continue to invest and implement improvements in all areas of the business to optimise employee experience, enjoyment and engagement to expand our reach and sustain credibility as an industry leader and great employer.
