The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise from the nation to those who serve or who have served, and their families, which says they will do all they can to ensure they are treated fairly and are not disadvantaged in their day-to-day lives.
Mason Advisory are proud to announce that we have signed the Armed Forces Covenant and have been recognised by the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) in showing our commitment and support for the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the value serving personnel – both regular and reservist – veterans, and military families contribute to our business and our country.
We will seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, by:
- actively encouraging veterans and reservists to apply for vacancies;
- promoting that we are an armed forces-friendly organisation in recruitment and marketing campaigns
- supporting our employees who are volunteer leaders in military cadet organisations.
