Paul Pugh: Challenge of a Lifetime

Paul Pugh, Director at Mason Advisory will be taking part in the ‘Challenge Wembley 2019’ in aid of the Steve Prescott Foundation and also The Christie Charity.

This event is not for the faint-hearted and Paul knows this will be a challenge of a lifetime, but he also knows he’ll be raising money for two amazing charities.

Paul will be joining a team of approx 20-25 people and the challenge will take place over 12 consecutive days.

The itinerary is as follows:

Cycling

12th Aug – Catalans to Carcassonne – 66 miles
13th Aug – Carcassonne to Montauban – 95 miles
14th Aug – Montauban to Sarlat La Caneda – 82 miles
15th Aug – Sarlat La Caneda to Limoges – 82 miles
16th Aug – Limoges to Chateauroux – 75 miles
17th Aug – Chateauroux to Blois – 66 miles
18th Aug – Blois to Rouen – 63 miles
19th Aug – Rouen to Chartres – 88 miles
20th Aug – Chartres to Abbeville – 63 miles
21st Aug – Abbeville to Dover – 70 miles
22nd Aug – Dover to Windsor Castle – 115

Rowing

23rd Aug – Dragon boat Windsor to Teddington Lock – 26 miles

Running

24th Aug – Half Marathon RAF Uxbridge to Wembley – 13 miles

Paul commented “I’ve got my bike ready! Not having been in the saddle for many years, I hope it stands up to the test of time”.
